Sherpa provided a better moving experience than I seriously thought was even possible. Due to an unforeseen breakup, I needed to move out of the house I shared with my (former) partner into a condo with only a weeks’ notice and I had zero clue how to go about it. Came across Sherpa online and gave them a call. Jesse was beyond helpful from the moment he answered the phone. He was understanding of my situation, assured me they could handle this in time, and was actually very nice to talk to! Got a beyond-reasonable quote once I told him what I needed moved (he had me send a video and photos of special items for review). We worked out a game plan and the very next day, two clean-cut hunks show up at my door with a new truck ready to help me get this done! Chaz and Devan called me in the morning to let me know they were on their way, and once they arrived spent 10 mins evaluating my place before confirming with me the price quoted over the phone. They then advised me on how they planned to load the moving truck which was impressively strategic! I had one framed art piece I was nervous about and they offered to wrap it up and provided the packing material for free. I was moved into my new condo in 3 hours, with my new neighbors offering Chaz and Devan snacks and lemonade since they were so friendly and polite to everyone. I absolutely recommend using Sherpa for literally any moving job, big or small. Where else on earth can you find handsome studs who are this professional, polite, efficient and considerate?!?
